Jordan Rondel turned her passion for baking into a successful career in 2010, founding her cake business, which quickly became Auckland’s go-to for homemade-style cakes. Drawing on her love for combining flavours, influenced by childhood holidays in France, she built a sought-after brand that catered to fashion events, art gallery openings, and high-end parties. Jordan expanded internationally, authored five recipe books, and launched a line of luxury cake kits before recently selling her bakery and the business. Now based in Los Angeles, she continues to collaborate across fashion and beauty while sharing her expertise through masterclasses, podcasts, and TV appearances, including as a judge on The Great Kiwi Bake Off.
