A Legacy of Entertainment: Broadcasting Legend & MC Extraordinaire
Tammy has already won the hearts of Kiwis with his infectious humour and irresistible charm. Best known for starring in hit comedy-drama Outrageous Fortune, Tammy is also an accomplished director, writer and broadcaster. He’s had a prolific Kiwi film career too, starring in films such as Whale Rider, Black Sheep, Fracture and What Becomes of the Broken Hearted. A real all-rounder, willing to give everything a go, Tammy loves everything from Kapa Haka to cooking. He’s a proud dad to three girls, and currently co-host of George FM’s Breakfast Show.
Tammy is passionate about raising awareness of social issues, and is affiliated with the West Auckland ‘It’s Not Ok’ campaign against family violence. A well-loved member of the community, Tammy is a great pick for MCing and public speaking events. His confidence, professionalism and innate kindness allow him to easily engage audiences whether it’s on the screen or on a stage.
