Villa Junior Lemanu is a Samoan-New Zealand actor whose work spans film, television, and theatre. He first gained recognition for his award-winning lead performance in the acclaimed short film "My Friend Michael Jones", earning Best Actor honours and later receiving the Toi Whakaari Best Actor Award at Show Me Shorts. Most recently, Villa has appeared in "New Zealand Spy", "Madam", "Duckrockers", "Far North", and the web series "Inky Pinky Ponky." He is also known for his core cast role as 'Foof' in the acclaimed TVNZ drama "Panthers." His feature film credits include "The Legend of Baron To'a", "The Other Side of Heaven 2: Fire of Faith", and "Born to Dance." On stage, he has performed with Massive Theatre Company in "The Wholehearted" and appeared in productions including "Rosalina" and Auckland Theatre Company's "The Lollywitch of Mumuland." A graduate of Toi Whakaari: New Zealand Drama School, Villa continues to establish himself as one of New Zealand's exciting emerging screen and stage talents.
