Te Ohorere Williams Actor Profile

Te Ohorere is Māori performer based in Tāmaki Makaurau. Te Ohorere has recently completed her Master of Music studies in Classical Voice Performance at the University of Auckland and was a member of the Auckland Theatre Company Youth Company in 2023. She was an ensemble member in three Auckland Theatre Company performances, King Lear and Future-Tense, and Hyperspace. Te Ohorere is also a part of the New Zealand Opera Chorus and in 2024 performed her role debut with the company in Rigoletto. She has performed as a soloist with the Auckland Philharmonic Orchestra, St Matthew’s Chamber Orchestra, Camerata Choir, and Chamber Music New Zealand. Te Ohorere was honoured to be the New Zealand and Australian anthem singer at the Auckland War Memorial ANZAC Commemorations in 2022 and 2023.
