Sepi Toa discovered her passion for acting at a young age, captivated by storytelling and the transformative power of performance. Her journey into the world of acting began with foundational roles in local theater productions, where she honed her craft and developed a deep appreciation for character exploration. In 2021, Sepi made a notable breakthrough as Astrid in Spontaneous Human Combustion at Queensland Academies of Creative Industries. In 2023, Sepi expanded her repertoire by taking on the supporting role of Kaali in the Paramount+ series The Castaways. The same year, Sepi went on to play the supporting role of Jasmin in the New Zealand domestic feature film Grafted. In 2024, Sepi was a finalist in the AACTA Young Stars National Youth Casting Call.
