Career Highlights
Kate Laidler is a New Zealand actor and graduate of The Actors Program (2024). Her recent screen work includes "The Sender" as the role of Frankie, as well as short films such as "Origami", "In Her Steps", "How We Say Goodbye", and "The Siren", a project she also wrote and performed in. Kate’s stage experience includes productions of "The Writer", "All About Eve", and "Rushes", directed by Caroline Bell-Booth. She is also a long-standing member of Long Cloud Youth Theatre, where she developed a strong foundation in collaborative performance and devised work. With a growing portfolio across both screen and theatre, Kate continues to build a varied and considered body of work, supported by her formal training and professional discipline.
