Career Highlights
John is a well-known New Zealand actor, who has had a prolific career in film, television and theatre. He has been a part of the core cast in some of New Zealand’s most popular television series including "Shortland Street" and "Mercy Peak", as well as a recurring guest role on "Outrageous Fortune." In 2002, John portrayed the role of 'Háma' in Peter Jackson’s "The Lord of the Rings: The Battle of Two Towers." Other film credits include "The Frighteners", "Insatiable Moon" and Lee Tamihori’s "Mahana." More recent television credits include "The Making of the Mob 2: Chicago", "When We Go to War" and "800 Words."
