Bruce has been acting professionally for over 30 years, probably best known for his portrayal of Gamling in the second and third installments of Peter Jackson’s Lord of the Rings trilogy. Other notable film credits include Chinese-New Zealand co-production Into The Rainbow, horror-comedy Housebound, and adventure fantasy film Under the Mountain. His most recent television credits include roles on The Brokenwood Mysteries, Dear Murderer, My Life Is Murder S2 and television movie Hilary.
